Uhhh, not quite!

Did a LOT of crockpot cooking, but not much else. There's always tomorrow!

Chipper!?!?!?

That's how my dear friend Lori described me today. Who on earth would describe me as "chipper"? Well, Lori, obviously, but probably not many others. The funny thing is, I actually do feel kinda chipper. Now, don't get nervous, I won't be skipping around spreading love and good cheer or anything, but I just might get through today without threatening to hit somebody!

So, today Erin & I will probably do something cool like paint, take a bath, and go to Target. And don't tell anybody, but I may actually put Tim's laundry away for him too~hope he doesn't get too used to this good wife/ good life!

Where am I???

Well, these past few weeks have been challenging. Challenging a la Dorothy waking up in Oz, challenging. My head is still spinning from all the celebrations and storms. So, please excuse my short post, but I will be back. I just need to find my ruby shoes and click my heels together...there's nothing like routine, there's nothing like routine....

Cutie

Here is a cute pic I took of Erin with my cell phone.

I am just testing this. I am hoping it actually posts. Katy believes in me, so I'm going to believe too! It worked for the Red Sox!

Writer's block? Disorganized? Lazy? You decide!

Pick a lame excuse for my lack of attention to my blog! Even though it's been like, 3 months, it STILL gets more attention than some of the housework around here!

What have we been so busy doing, you ask? I am not sure. I do know I can keep myself very busy avoiding mundane tasks. A special talent, if I may brag a bit!

Jake kicked butt at soccer & got an awesome report card, so that's really KEWL!
Erin is growing like a weed and talking and climbing and all that groovy toddler stuff. She is also into saying "Nope!" and collapsing on the floor when you say "Nope" to her.
Tim is working hard to keep us from living in our cars, even traveling 2 hours to NH a couple of days a week.

I am currently a freshman at MWCC, slaving under the heavy load of one class. I will be a freshman for the foreseeable future, as I probably have 2 years before I finish all my classes. My goal is to graduate at least when Jake does. No need to rush right? Life is a jouney, right? RIGHT???
I also work a coupla mornings at the gym daycare. It's amazing how much cooler my kids are than a lot of other people's kids are. I hope they aren't too jealous!

So, I hope the months of waiting with bated breath for an update have been worth it. Love yazzzz!

(ps I DID have to look up the correct use of 'bated'. It comes from abate - your welcome)
